| Business Case | A new Resolution form was created online under the Legislation heading on the EANGUS website. When a form is completed and submitted, the form will be sent to all of the Executive Council, EANGUS ED, EANGUS LD and the Resolutions Co-Chairs via email. This is just a test to see if it works. |
| Recommendation | The recommendation is to utilize the online Resolutions form created for the 2023 Resolutions process and eliminate the need for the individual forms. Once all resolutions have been received, the form will be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be used along with mail merge to create the individual resolution documents for review by the Resolutions Committee for discussion at the annual conference. |
