Throughout the year, professional organizations like EANGUS convene in camaraderie to collaborate on the goals of our association, our legislative priorities, and how we can better serve our members.
Whether you are an experienced veteran or a new board member, it is essential to attend the Presidents and Legislative workshops from February 23-25, 2025, in Washington, D.C.
We understand how important it is for our state associations to come together, share experiences, and support one another. These workshops will create a nurturing environment where you can learn, collaborate, and explore creative ideas and solutions.
Together, we’ll strengthen our efforts in supporting our National Guard and ensure that we are better equipped for the challenges ahead.
You will have the opportunity to hear from and interact with our new Senior Enlisted Leader of the National Guard, SEA John T. Raines, as he shares the priorities of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) and how EANGUS and our state associations play a significant role in achieving these goals.
You’ll also gain insight into working with the 119th Congress and the new administration, as well as learn how to engage effectively with your members of Congress. As our newly elected leaders take their seats, it’s crucial to identify ways to efficiently share the message of the needs of the National Guard.
As a nonpartisan organization, we will dig deep into strategies to work with the majority and the minority in Congress while giving you the tools you need to take on Capitol Hill and make your voice heard.
We will break into small work groups with facilitators to address some of the priority issues that state associations are encountering and take what we learn to develop achievable plans of action.
Will you join us in uplifting the voice of the Enlisted in Washington, D.C.?
