The working title of the resolution proposal.

Resolution Description (Short)(Required)

A brief, one to two sentence description of the resolution proposal (Max 120 characters).

Proposal Type(Required)

New submissions are draft resolutions that do not pertain to any currently adopted EANGUS resolution.
Change submissions are draft resolutions that modify a previously submitted resolution.
Resubmissions are draft resolutions that mirror a previously adopted resolution; these may add updated or additional background information but do not modify the recommendation or intent of the original resolution.
