EANGUS Minuteman of the Year Certificate

The EANGUS Minuteman of the Year Certificate is given to recognize the top enlisted Soldiers and Airmen from each State, Territory, and NGB Title-10. Recipients must be in the grade of E1-E9, and will be selected based on the criteria established by each National Guard State, Territory, or T-10. Nominations must be submitted by the certifying authority (State SEL, State CCM, State CSM), or the State Association President on their behalf. State Leadership or State Association Presidents are asked to present the EANGUS Minuteman of the Year Certificate at an appropriate ceremony with our congratulations.
