Executive Director Yoakum has combined the current EANGUS Succession Plan and the current Transition & Search SOP into one SOP (attached) since they both relate to the actions and established policies and procedures for filling the position of the Executive Director on either a short-term or permanent basis. The last editions were published in 2016 so it was time for an update. Wanted to make sure you received the proposed SOP and have a chance to review it; this will be a New Business item on the August EC Agenda.
