Proposes implementing secure tactical chat communication systems to enhance the effectiveness and security of Air Operation Center (AOC) operations.

The Air Operation Center (AOC) community relies heavily on secure communication for operations. However, the current tactical chat systems in use are outdated, leading to security vulnerabilities and operational inefficiencies. The integration of a modern, secure tactical chat system would significantly enhance the security, effectiveness, and operational capabilities of the AOC community. This modernization effort is critical to maintaining the integrity of AOC operations and ensuring that they meet the demands of modern warfare.

The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States recommends to the Congress of the United States legislation in support of implementing secure tactical chat communication systems for the AOC community.
