Modernizing aviation equipment is essential to ensure that the National Guard remains capable of fulfilling its duties. This resolution seeks to secure funding and legislative support for the recapitalization of aviation platforms to maintain the operational readiness and relevance of the National Guard in combat and support roles.

The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States recommends to the Congress of the United States legislation in support of the preservation and recapitalization of aviation equipment within the National Guard.
