This Resolution urges Congress to provide full funding to each State to send Soldiers and Airmentl to the Joint Army and Air schools they need to effectively operate in their respective occupations and at their current ranks, and authorizing a change in laws to remove limitations on National Guard members performing annual training.

The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States urges the Congress of the United States to enact legislation in support of providing full funding to States for personnel attendance to Army and Air Force training schools.
